BidGenieUS is an AI-powered government contracting platform designed to assist security contractors and related businesses in identifying federal contracting opportunities, building cost models, managing compliance requirements, and preparing proposals. The Platform uses data from SAM.gov, Service Contract Act wage determinations, and other sources to provide calculations and recommendations.
Important: BidGenieUS provides tools to assist in the proposal and bidding process. All outputs — including pricing calculations, compliance assessments, and proposal content — are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy, ensuring legal compliance, and making final business decisions.
During the beta period, the Platform is provided on a pre-release basis. You acknowledge that:

You may use the Platform only for lawful business purposes related to government contracting. You agree not to:
The Platform and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the BidGenieUS name, logo, software, text, graphics, and data — are owned by BidGenieUS, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant BidGenieUS a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Platform services.
"BidGenieUS," "BidGenieUS.ai," "Government Contracts. Granted.," and "We Grant Wishes. You Win Contracts." are trademarks of BidGenieUS, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIDGENIEUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
You acknowledge that government contracting involves complex legal requirements. BidGenieUS is a technology tool, not a law firm, accounting firm, or government contracting consultant. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIDGENIEUS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to BidGenieUS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BidGenieUS, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BidGenieUS regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
